L. P. Jackson After School Program
Working with the 21st Century Grant Coordinator, the Surry 4-H program assists with the programming through numerous lessons. Lessons may include sewing, measurement and math skills, gardening, writing and pen pal coordination, cultural awareness (Brazil and Japan), healthy living, and foods and nutrition Many of the programming lessons are provided by Surry 4-H Senior Agent, Billie Jean Elmer.
